The Pan Pacific London – the Europe’s first Pan Pacific hotel located at ONE Bishopsgate Plaza – the first high-rise residential and hotel development project ever built in the City of London. This mixed-use development includes private homes and a selection of retail spaces within the 43-story flagship tower.
The Pan Pacific Tower is designed to showcase the high quality and ambition of the overall development. Its shape retreats as it rises, providing guests with a terrace and other comfort spaces. An intricate look with a different configuration of bronze shutters will provide aesthetic complexity and a more solid form contrast of the adjacent Heron Tower.
The luxurious Pan Pacific London Hotel will provide unparalleled scale and quality for any existing hotel in the area. Providing high-quality meeting and event space, including a two-story ballroom, as well as other public functions of the hotel, will support New York City as an international business center. The Pacific Ballroom will also be the first dedicated ballroom on the Square Mile for banquets for up to 370 people.
Through retail, cafes, water features and planting activities, the new plaza will be at the heart of the new district created by the project. It will support a lively public domain, provide legibility, and connect Liverpool Street Station to walking routes, a quieter atmosphere and a smaller community.
